Complex Swiss Cycle Support

You can combine turning and milling machining operations in one G-code program with ESPRIT Swiss. Support of both C, Y and B axis mill-turn. Choose from milling contour - profile cutting, pocketing, or a variety of drilling machining cycles. Perform 2 1/2-axis milling operations on your lathe using its ZXC or ZXY axes. ESPRIT Swiss also provides the tools to perform rotary operations or even 3D operations for medical and aerospace work. The X-axis movement is converted into a rotary C-axis movement, effectively wrapping your shapes (pockets, holes, and contours) around the rotary axis. 3D operations are programmed exactly as they would on a CNC vertical machining center! This makes ESPRIT CAD CAM software an excellent tool for slotting and cross drilling - as well as expanding your company's clients to include work for very complex jobs that require 3D machining on a lathe.
